To rent any of our equipment for yourself you must be over 18 years of age, provide a valid ID and credit card, and complete a waiver on our website or in person at the store.
To rent for minors a parent or legal guardian must provide a valid ID and a credit card, and complete a waiver on our website or in person. Please advise that it cannot be “anyone over 18, brother, sister, uncle etc”
If a parent or legal guardian is unable to come to the store, a rental for a minor is still possible under the following conditions:
The parent completes an online waiver form.
The parent personally calls the store and provides verbal notification that they are aware of and approve the rental for the minor.
The parent sends a text message to our number (850-225-5010) with a photo of their driver's license and a copy of their credit card. Alternatively, the minor can present the same credit card at the time of payment.

Unfortunately, our equipment is not allowed on the beach due to the risk of sand and salt water damaging the driving mechanisms. Sand and salt can cause corrosion and other damage, which may result in safety issues and costly repairs. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use our equipment on paved surfaces and in areas where it is allowed. Please know, that if you ride any equipment on the beach it is nearly impossible to conceal that fact. We will immediately know and charge you costly cleanup and damage fees.
